Exceptional service!
"Robert, his wife Kelly & staff are great examples of what "Above & Beyond" represents. This is a family owned business which provides far better service than you typical big name chain transmission shop. They turned a potentially disastrous situation that occurred during the Christmas holiday weekend into the best outcome we could have possibly hoped for. Example of their great service: Knowing that we were on our way after our vehicle broke down, they waited and stayed open until we and the AAA tow truck driver arrived. They provided multiple options to repair my vehicle that fit my budget. Offered available discounts to help offset costs. Expert, Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. They are a complete auto repair shop, not just transmission. If you are in need of vehicle service, don't hesitate to give them a call. "I've been meaning to write this review for sometime after I got back from my cross country vacation. My vehicle had the transmission go out on highway 58. I looked on google maps for a transmission service with a good rating and this one showed up and was closest. They were very helpful and got my vehicle in ASAP (we were over 1000 miles from home) and did a great job. The transmission had burned up, but they were able to track one down and get it in installed despite having a short staff at the time. It did take 4 days, but most of that was due to finding a transmission for an AWD vehicle. I would recommend them to any traveler with transmission issues in the vicinity."
