"What a great shop. A friend called me from where she was camping in the Mojave Desert. She was concerned that her truck's transmission was not shifting properly and her recently repaired motor was louder. I checked online and reviewed the options on Google Search. Valley Transmission had good reviews and I briefly talked to Eddie before sending my friend to them that day. They checked all the symptoms out and discovered that all systems were, in fact, good to go. Eddie and his crew explained the engine sound was because of new alternator parts added days earlier. The transmission was shifting properly. It just wasn't obvious._My friend was not charged. For this good news, they were happy to have been able to help. Which they really did. The shop has my thanks . . ."
