"On a camping trip from San Diego to Northern Arizona over a holiday weekend, our transmission went out just south of Victorville. After several calls to different shops, we found Eddie, who was the only person that was willing to help us because of the holiday. He was not working that day but said, "I'm your man" and definitely took care of us so we could get a rental and be on our way and have our vacation. We were so grateful and relieved. He treated us with such courtesy and friendliness and did not mind going out of his way. That is the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time."
